XSS Fix

another great mod for boonexs dolphin social networking, this one stops XSS Ever heard of "Cross Site Scripting"? It is normally called "XSS" for short. It allows a user with malicious intent to run a script against another user (or the admin!). This can be done anytime an input form doesn't validate input.. well guess what, Boonex missed one (whoops!) in EVERY version of Dolphin up to 6.1 RC2 (every version from that one on is ok, because they used MY fix!!!!). This little fix takes care of that. Without this fix a user can steal another users cookies (or the admin!) or do several other evil things to your site!

Dolphin Mass Mailer

mass email mod for boonex's dolphin This is a wonderful GPL mass mailer I have totally integrated into Dolphin. The Boonex mass mailer is confusing
and sends horrible looking emails. this one lets you send GREAT looking HTML or text emails and it doesn't do
it as a cron job! It pulls all your members emails directly from the Dolphin database, as well as the config info and
your site information. Now for 6.1.2!!

This dolphin mod allows you to see your members IP addresses in the Dolphin admin! You can finally tell who has multiple accounts and is a spammer! Now for 6.1.2!!

Admin Log In Attempt Record

This is a simple one. It makes a log file of every login attempt at the admin menu. It logs the IP number, the date, the time and if the person was successful in logging in.

fix the contact us form that comes with boonexs dolphin Here is a neat little mod that will clean up your "contact us" form. The default form that comes with Dolphin puts YOUR email address on all the emails it sends you from members, so if you hit "reply" you send an email to yourself?! This fixes that blunder and also takes out all that gibberish they have in the "subject" line.. so whatever the member puts as the subject you see it!
